Markéta is in her fourth year of studies at Masaryk University, Faculty of Law. She also studied international relations and journalism at Faculty of Social Studies where she gained her bachelor degree. Apart from Private International Law, she is also interested in human rights and Constitutional Law. Her hobbies are hiking, spending time with her family and friends and she also enjoys world cuisine and wine.

Tomáš is currently in his fourth year at the Faculty of Law, Masaryk University. He is mainly interested in Corporate Law, Commercial Law and Financial Law. He participated in Czech Moot Court Competition of Human Rights in which his team finished at the second place. Tomáš wrote a students’ scientific and academic work and participated in a student conference called COFOLA. Since the second year of his studies, Tomáš has been working at notary office of JUDr. Lubomír Mika. In his free time, Tomáš does rowing, running, cycling, reading, video games, loves good meal and drinks.

JUDr. Zabloudilová Kateřina

Kateřina is in her last year of studies at Faculty of Law, Masaryk University. She mainly focuses on International Trade Law, arbitration, ADR and Private International Law. She gained practical experience in several legal internships including that in Allen & Overy and she currently works as a paralegal in a law firm in Brno. To broaden her horizons, she spent one school year studying at Aix-Marseille University in France and volunteered as an English teacher in Indonesia. She is fluent in English and French and has basic knowledge of Russian. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the world, learning about different cultures and hanging out with friends.

Klára is holding the position of an assistant professor at the Masaryk University, Faculty of Law, in the Department of International and European Law. Her expertise lies mainly in the field of Private International Law and international commercial arbitration. Currently, she focuses mainly on the issue of protection of public interests in international commercial arbitration and on confidentiality in international commercial arbitration. She has served as a coach of the Masaryk University Vis Moot team since 2011. She is also responsible for all organisational matters including the organisation of Brno Pre-moot. In her spare time she enjoys travelling, reading books, practising yoga and meeting friends.
