30th Vis Moot - Our Team and the Problem
We proudly present new team representing MUNI in 30th Vis Moot court.
26th Vis Moot has come to its end
26th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot has come to its end. The team spent over seven months drafting memoranda and preparing for oral hearings. The team members participated in pre-moots in Hannover, Prague, Paris, Belgrade and Budapest. We also organised Fifth Annual Brno Pre-Moot and welcomed 8 teams from 6 countries.
The week before Easter, the team represented Masaryk University at finals in Vienna. Although we did not succeed into the elimination rounds we got positive feedback from the tribunals. But what is most important - we got Honorable Mention for Memorandum for Claimant!!! In the oral rounds we were at 130 the place (of 376 teams). Moreover, we have learned a lot!!! We have gained both theoretical knowledge and practical skills and also made new friends.
